The 15th Mining and Exploration Forum MINEX Russia 2019 took place in Moscow, October 8-10th.

This year the conference offered a particularly interesting agenda and enjoyed an unprecedented number of attendees. This fact proves that the mining industry in Russia got a jump-start, which is definitely good news. In 2019 there also appeared to be a considerable increase in the amount of trench documentation created with the help of AGR. In light of this, we can say that more and more prospecting and exploration projects are initiated.

Within one of the Forum sessions Rostislav Bilik, Director General at AGR Software, spoke about how to raise funds for the development of IT solutions for the mining industry. Special attention was paid to the possibilities of obtaining grant funding for cutting-edge technologies in geology, as well as to real cases, restrictions and opportunities.
