The 4th working session of Foresight «Geology of the Future-2050» was held on April 27th, 2017, at JSC «Rosgeology» headquarters, Gasoil City Business Center, Moscow.

One of the key issues under discussion was the Digital Geology concept. The trend is nowadays considered as the crucial factor for the successful development of the Russian geology. According to the Foresight organizers, a dedicated session can be expected very shortly which will help define the related tasks and add milestones to the roadmap.

«AGR Software» traditionally took active part in the event. Mikhail Kornilov, Development Director, emphasized how important it is to create a conveyor for mineral resources reproduction because it can serve as basis for regional development and industrial supplies.

The session culminated in the corrected roadmap of Foresight «Geology of the Future-2050», which will become foundational for discussing development problems of the Russian geology at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum in June 2017.
