Evgeniy Nikitin, Director of LLP «AGR Kazakhstan», attended the seminar «The concept of code «On Subsoil and Subsoil Use» in Almaty.

The seminar covered essential changes in the current law and pass-through clauses of the contracts in force. One of the hot issues became the ongoing standardization of delivery of raw geological data to regulatory authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This work is expected to be completed by the end of 2017.

The Ministry of Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the person of Ruslan Baimishev, Head of «Republican Center of geological information «Kazgeoinform», also took part in the event.
