The AGR system was developed by “AGR Software”, a Russian company which started its business in 2001 by promoting foreign IT solutions. In 2015, the IT department was spun off into a separate company with a focus on AGR 4. The company actively participates in Russian and global forums, conferences and events. “AGR Software” is a member of the Skolkovo Innovation Center.
